A reviewer record identifies the person, relevant qualification or experience, formula version reviewed, date, decision, and next review date. A content editor or software reviewer cannot stand in for required domain expertise.
Scope of review
- Authority, jurisdiction, population, and effective date
- Input definitions, units, exclusions, and clinical or financial limits
- Output wording, uncertainty, caveats, and safe next steps
- Reference vectors and material differences from comparable tools
- Review cadence and events that trigger an immediate reassessment
How a review claim can be checked
A released high-stakes calculator must identify the reviewed formula version, reviewer, relevant qualification, decision date, source effective date, and next review date. The page must link to that record; a generic badge or an engineering test result is not evidence of expert approval.
Reviewer publication gate: a calculator that requires domain review remains without an independent expert-review claim unless this page identifies the reviewer and links the approval to the exact formula version, scope, decision date, and next review date. A site-owner production authorization does not satisfy or impersonate that reviewer record.
