Guide units are a dated opinion, not Nugs or cash
The official UG site describes a live social VR game with weekly content updates, dinosaur customization, bundles, and premium currency. A community guide can be useful for organizing current trading opinions, but its numbers are not official prices supplied by UG. New content, rarity, demand, player preference, and guide methodology can change the ordering after the date you checked it.
Put the guide name, check date, and unit label above both offers. Do not take values from one table for Player 1 and another table for Player 2, because identical-looking numbers can sit on unrelated scales. UG's terms say Golden Nuggets or Nugs have no cash value and are usable only within UG. A community guide unit must not be converted into Nugs, dollars, or a promise of resale through this worksheet.
Write a dinosaur label that remains identifiable later
The numeric line and the asset description should travel together through the comparison and any later support record.
- Start with the exact identity
Use the Dinodex or the source guide's exact dinosaur or egg name. Avoid nicknames that another player, parent, or support reviewer could interpret differently.
- Preserve value-changing state
Add level, Mother, Bundle, Egg, color, pattern, number, type, cosmetic state, and any other attribute the chosen guide treats separately. One row should describe one unambiguous asset.
- Pair the number with that label
Enter the guide value on the same row and never reuse a remembered value after editing the label. If the guide has a range, document which point and rule you selected outside the total.
- Leave uncertain assets unresolved
When the exact variant cannot be verified, stop and inspect it in the game or guide. An invented midpoint can make a complete-looking comparison less trustworthy than an incomplete one.
Audit a bundle without hiding variant adjustments
Add every dinosaur or egg separately so the subtotal can be reconstructed. If a dated guide explicitly supplies a consistent demand or variant adjustment that is not already built into each row, enter it as a signed side adjustment and describe the method. Zero is the safer value when no reproducible adjustment exists. Never add a vague premium merely because one offer feels more desirable.
The worksheet reports adjusted totals, the signed difference, and an input ledger. Treat that ledger as a calculation note, not as game evidence: it does not prove ownership, capture the trade screen, identify another player, or store an official transaction record. Keep screenshots or short video separately when a valuable or disputed trade makes evidence important.
The fair band measures arithmetic closeness only
Symmetric package gap
The absolute difference is divided by the larger adjusted offer. Swapping Player 1 and Player 2 therefore does not change the percentage gap.
User-selected tolerance
The offer is labelled within band when the gap does not exceed the percentage you entered. That threshold is your review rule, not an official UG fairness standard or a community-wide consensus.
Preference remains outside the total
A player may prefer a color, pattern, or one rare asset over several lower-ranked assets. Arithmetic equality does not require either player to accept and cannot predict demand after an update.
Move to the matching trade or percentage workflow

If a dinosaur is missing after a trade, preserve evidence
UG Support has a dedicated missing-dino path for a trade, glitch, or other issue. It asks what happened and requests exact name, type, number, color, and pattern; an image or short video is optional but helpful, and real-money-related issues should include proof of purchase. Restart and update the game as the form instructs before submitting the issue once.
This independent calculator cannot restore a dinosaur, reverse a trade, verify a player, report misconduct, or speak for Continuum VR Studios. A result inside your chosen tolerance is not a safety guarantee.
